A few years back, Super John Atkinson, a talented filmmaker and animator, drew a series of a dozen cartoons called In the Shadow of the Shadow of the Stars for the printed Spearhead, appearing one per issue. His title, of course, refers to the 1991 Academy Award-winning documentary about the SFO chorus. Here they all are for your enjoyment.
